The Company is primarily engaged in the business of purchasing, taking on lease or tenancy or in exchange, hiring, renewing or otherwise acquiring and holding any immovable property (freehold, leasehold or other tenure) and selling, letting or subletting any right or interest therein, in whole or in part; developing, constructing, and managing lands, plot(s) of land, buildings, easements, sites, business concerns, and any real and personal property (residential or commercial) in India or abroad.
